Business Transformation
Business Transformation is a change management strategy which aims to align People, Process and Technology initiatives of a company with its business strategy and vision.
We work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy and/or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. We will also work with you to identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
Communications Planning
Communication is a vital part of a change initiative. Not only does it keep the business updated on the nature and progress of the project, but it also helps to overcome resistance from the people who will be impacted by the project.
At DLAND COMPANY, our Communications Specialists with work with your organization to develop a communication strategy that will be aligned with your project timeline and will support your overall project’s vision and objectives.
End-User Training
We will partner with your Project Team to develop high-quality training materials in order to deliver first-class Training to your employees.
We also provide Train-the-Trainer (TTT) services for clients who prefer to use their internal employees as Training resources. We will work with your internal resources to arm them with the skills that they need to successfully deliver the training. We can also provide a Training Lead to manage the effort.
Our Training Developers have 20+ years in developing quality training materials using the latest software documentation tools on the market and have worked and have delivered training to over 25 clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
